Radial Coffee Company opens in Vernon
Today is the "soft launch" for new coffee shop at 1135 Hartford Turnpike (Route 30)
Today, another new business opened in Vernon with the "soft launch" of Radial Coffee Company, located at 1135 Hartford Turnpike (Route 30) adjacent to the Santini apartment complex. The sparkplug behind the new shop is local entrepreneur Dipen Shah, who owns and operates Lafayette Wine & Liquors and two Subway franchises in Vernon. For this new venture, Dipen has two partners, Adam Bonaccorsi and Steve Brodrick.
All of the coffee comes from small farms in Columbia and Guatemala and is roasted on-site. The interior design and layout of the new shop are conducive to having customers sit down, spend time talking with friends, and enjoying their coffee and food items on-site.
Radial Coffee Co.'s acronym, R.C.C., stands for three core values: relationship, community and commitment. The exact hours of operation may be tweaked, but as of now, Radial Coffee Co. is open Tuesday through Sunday from 6 am to 3 pm and closed on Mondays. For more details, email Adam Bonaccorsi at adam@radialcoffee.com or visit www.RadialCoffee.com.
