State Representative Tim Ackert (R-8th) has earned a one hundred percent voting record for all roll call votes taken on the floor of the House of Representatives during the 2013 Regular Session which ran from January to June. The House Clerk’s Office released the data on members’ votes this week.
“It’s my duty as a legislator to thoroughly represent all of the hard-working families in our community, and it is an absolute honor to have this responsibility,” said Rep. Ackert. “There were many different types of legislation that were taken-up earlier this year, and it’s important to make sure our community is properly represented when these important decisions are being made.”
Perfect attendance is very difficult to achieve, and less than one third of those serving in the House were able to attain a one hundred percent voting record this year.
