Rockville Cross Country Splits With Fermi

Girls win, but boys fall in dual meet with CCC East opponent.

On a gorgeous October afternoon, the Rockville High School cross country teams had mixed success in a dual meet with CCC East foe Fermi Tuesday.

The girls posted a 24-35 victory, but the boys’ team dropped a 19-39 decision.

Rockville’s girls were paced by Chelsea Chatterton (2nd), Kyleigh Percy (3rd) and Laura Dawson (4th).

Justin Collins (4th) and Chris Galat (5th) were the top finishers for the boys.

The Rams will be back in action Oct. 14, traveling to Hebron to run against RHAM at 3:45 p.m.
