
VERNON, CT — The Rockville High School football team won its second game in a row on Friday with 48-26 victory over Avon.
The Rams scored twice in the second, third and fourth quarters.
Mark Henry scored on a pair of 1-yard runs and then busted respective runs of 46 and 53 yards for two other scores. Henry finished with 159 yards on 26 carries.

Romeo Sowah had a 21-yard scoring reception and Tyler Allen had a 22-yard touchdown catch. Allen also returned a fumble 63 yards for a touchdown. Allen also had three interceptions playing defense. Sowah caught three passes for 42 yards.
Rockville improved to 3-5 on the season.
