Rockville High School Indoor Track Athletes Qualify for States

VERNON, CT — Several members of the Rockville High School indoor track team have posted numbers good enough to qualify for state competition later this winter.

The boys and girls Class M meet will be held Feb. 9 at the Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven. The State Open will also take place there on Feb. 18.

Rams who have already qualified for the class meet are:

BOYS

• 55 meters - Adam Muzsi, 7.02

GIRLS

• 1,000 meters - Laura Dawson, 3:28.69
• 1,600 meters - Kyleigh Percy, 5:43.56
• long jump - Hannah Sullivan, 15-8
