The Santa House Is Back In Vernon For 2021

VERNON, CT — Santa Claus is coming to town in Vernon — again.

For the past several years, the Santa House has sat in Vernon's Central Park, across from town hall, for the holiday season.

It's back for 2021 after a coronavirus pandemic-imposed hiatus last year. The house is designed to give young people and their families a chance to visit Santa in a safe, warm environment, out of the elements, free of charge.

The Santa House us run by a volunteer committee and funded by private donations.

For 2021, the Vernon Santa House is open Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Dec. 19.
