Smashed Glass At Subway In Vernon Leads To Charges
A Nevada man has been charged in connection with a break-in at a Vernon eatery, police said.

VERNON, CT — A man from northern Nevada is facing two criminal charges in Connecticut after a break-in at a Subway in Vernon.
Police released details of the weekend caper on Thursday.
Officers were dispatched to the Subway at 53 Hartford Turnpike at 1:48 a.m. Sunday when an alarm company reported a glass break at the establishment. Kyle Zohn Lamesa, 26, of Carson City, NV, was picked up a short time later in the area and arrested, police said.

He was charged with criminal attempt at third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, according to an arrest report. He is due in court on July 30, records show.
