VERNON, CT — The community is rallying behind a resident who was displaced by a fire last month.

On Saturday at 9 a.m., world class personal trainer and nutrition coach Jonathan Killam is presiding over a special "boot camp" session at Anytime Fitness in Ellington.

Registration is a minimum $10 donation to the G0-Fund-Me campaign to assist Christine Jensen.

Jenson was displaced by a Feb. 11 fire at her residence on Prospect Street in Vernon.
