VERNON, CT — A man threw a diaper at someone at a Vernon apartment complex and wound up being arrested, police said.

At 2:47 p.m. Sunday, Vernon police responded to a domestic incident at an apartment complex on Vernon Avenue, according to an arrest report.

One resident told police she was carrying a baby up a set of stairs and another resident hurled a diaper at her. The thrower was also under a restraining order, according to an arrest report.

Police didn't pamper the situation. They took a 29-year-old man into custody and charged him with not only violating the court order, but disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child, according to an arrest report.
