Now we'd like to ask a few questions about your reasons for running and your general views on politics and government. First, why are you seeking this office?
I was moved to step forward and volunteer to serve on the board after having my oldest son go through his first years in the school system. I feel that I can serve the town and specifically our students.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I think as a parent who is concerned for the future of my two boys, my extensive experience in homeowners boards and my training in business management will give me a good ground to stand on to serve well in this new role.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
It is also important for all of us in town that our costs are managed efficiently and that we get the best education for the best value.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I have been serving on various Board of Directors for the past 15 years, I was Treasury Secretary for Two different Home Owner Associations for over 8 years, President of one of 4 years. I can make tough decisions for the common good of the community.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Learn something new every day.
