The traffic pattern is changing for those wishing to pick up free school meals in Vernon.

VERNON, CT — The traffic pattern is changing for those wishing to pick up free school meals in Vernon during the coronvirus closures.

Beginning Thursday, those wishing to pick up meals should enter the Vernon Center Middle School campus via the rear driveway off West Street. Vehicles will be direted to the right, up the wrong way along the rear of the school building and to the side parking lot. The pickup tent will be located in the same area and cars will exit via the main driveway.

Free breakfast and lunch is available for students Monday through Friday from 9 to 11 a.m.
