WILLINGTON, CT — Victor Arce, 41, of Torrington, was charged with violating a protective order after being stopped for aggressive driving on Potter School Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Sarah Annene Parkinson-Cmielinski, 34, of Stonington, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening on a warrant.

STAFFORD, CT — Teresa Harkins, 58, of Stafford, was charged with probation violation on a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Jeffrey Robinson, 36, of Rocky Hill, was charged on a warrant with violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening.

TOLLAND, CT — Leslie Walker-Hyde, 58, of Glastonbury, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Merrow Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Marzetta Williams, 33, of Windham, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Foster Drive.

TOLLAND, CT — David Milner, 59, of Willington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace after a shoplifting incident at the Big Y supermarket in Tolland.

TOLLAND, CT — Casey Sawetch, 38, of Grapevine, TX, was charged with violating a protective order after state police investigated an unwanted visitor complaint on Mile Hill Road

ELLINGTON, CT — Richard Vaughn, 31, of Ellington, was charged with violating a protective order after a disturbance on Meadow Brook Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Anthony Owens, 25, of New Britain, was charged with reckless driving, failure to display plates, engaging police in a pursuit, a tint violation, possession of a hallucinogen, littering, interfering and first-degree reckless endangerment after a traffic stop at the East Brook Mall.

STAFFORD, CT — Robert Turner, 48, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at a local residence.

MANSFIELD, CT — Morgan Carlson, 24, of Coventry, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and driving under the influence after a stop on Stafford Road.
