TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut state police out of the Troop C barracks.

STAFFORD, CT — Renee Duva, 52, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault via a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — David Guiles, 63, of Ashford, was charged with driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle and possession of a controlled substance after an incident on Merrow Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — David Kirychuk, 38, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Stearns Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Dylan Pallanck, 22, of Willington, was charged with unsafe movement of a stopped vehicle, driving under the influence, failure to display plates and failure to drive in the proper lane after a crash on Storrs Road.

April 10

STORRS, CT — Michael Palmieri, 42, of Coopersburg, PA, was charged via a warrant with violating home improvement contract requirements and failure to pay or refund a job valued at more than $1,000.

ELLINGTON, CT — Paris Constantinou Sideris, 24, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Crystal Ridge Drive.

April 12

TOLLAND, CT — Erica Murdy, 40, of Tolland, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Webber Road.

April 14

MANSFIELD, CT — Junyu Luo, 20, of Mansfield, was charged with interfering with an emergency call, third-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following a disturbance on Old Schoolhouse Road.
