UConn, Vernon Lacrosse, Team Up For Regional Girls Lacrosse Clinic
The UConn lacrosse team hosted a regional girls clinic Sunday at Rockville High School with the Vernon Lacrosse Association.
VERNON, CT — The University of Connecticut lacrosse team and the Vernon Lacrosse Association hosted a regional clinic for girls Sunday at Rockville High School.
More than 70 girls participated from Connecticut Valley Girls Youth Lacrosse with 25 UConn players. Towns represented included Vernon, Willington, Tolland, Somers, Hebron, Glastonbury, South Windsor, Rocky Hill, Wethersfield, Windsor, Avon, Simsbury, Ellington and Longmeadow, MA.
The UConn players ran drills, offered group and individual instruction and spent quality time with the young players.
