Vehicles Crash in Front of Vernon School at Thursday Arrival Time

VERNON, CT — Officials at Center Road School managed to get buses into the parking lot on time despite a crash right in front of the school on Thursday morning.

Two vehicles collided at the intersection of Trout Stream Drive and Center Road.

Police were at the scene quickly.

No walkers were affected by the crash, a school official said.

Buses were re-routed, an official said.
