Vernon American Legion, Town Offering Trunk-Or-Treats This Week
It's trunk-or-treat week in Vernon.
VERNON, CT — The Vernon American Legion and the Town of Vernon are both sponsoring trunk-or-treat events this week.
The 2022 version of Vernon's Halloween Trunk-or-Treat event is on tap for Thursday at Henry Park. It is slated for 4:3o to 7 p.m. and is open to the first 500 Vernon children.
As in the past, cars will line up at the entrance and then tour the park, where they will be greeted by town departments and organizations, which will hand out treats from decorated booths.

The American legion will be offering a trunk-or-treat at Legion Field on Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m.
Legion field is located on Regan Road.
