Vernon Arts Commission Benefit Bus Trip
The VAC is sponsoring a bus trip to the Springfield Museums on Oct. 18, 2014. Proceeds to fund a college scholarship for an RHS student.
The Vernon Arts Commission is sponsoring a Benefit Bus Excursion to The Springfield Museums of Art, Science and Connecticut Valley History, including the Dr. Seuss Sculpture Garden, on Saturday, October 18, 2014.
Net proceeds from this event will fund a college scholarship award for a graduating Rockville High School Art student. The climate-controlled coach bus will depart the Route 30 Commuter Lot opposite Center 375 at 9:00 a.m. The return trip will depart the museum at 4:00pm for a scheduled arrival in Vernon at 5:00pm.
The non-refundable cost of $30.00 per person includes round-trip transportation, museum admission, a docent-guided tour of one of the museums and driver tip.

Lunch may be purchased at the Blake House Café, conveniently located on the museum campus and featuring a variety of sandwiches, wraps, salads and soups.
