A Vernon Avenue apartment complex has changed hands for $5.25 million.
The complex at 130 Vernon Ave., known as Hillside Terrace, has been sold by a group called Vernon Pelican Limited Partnership, based in Springfield, to Avon-based Corridor Vernon LLC.
The conveyance tax return has Jeffrey M. Strole listed as the Corridor president and Fred Anthony is listed as the company's vice president.
The transaction, recorded in the town clerk's office on June 18, carried a conveyance tax of $39,375.
The complex sits on 5.06 acres and the total living space is 205,167 square feet.
Hillside terrace sits on Vernon Avenue just down the hill from the intersection with South Street.
