A Vernon CT Lottery vendor had the right touch in a popular draw game.
VERNON, CT — A six-figure CT Lottery prize has emerged from a ticket purchased at a Vernon liquor store on Route 30.
On Friday, a "winner" cashed in a $100,000 prize at Whiskey & Wine World LLC, located at 243 Hartford Turnpike.
The ticket was from the popular nightly draw game Cash5.

Cash5 tickets cost $1 per wager and players can add a "kicker" option for an additional 50 cents per wager to increase chances to win more often and win at additional prize levels.
Drawings occur nightly at approximately 10:29 p.m.
