VERNON, CT — A dad in Vernon is facing three felony charges and stands accused of having two of his children double-team a third child out of revenge for an argument.

The 37-year-old is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Friday after his arrest Wednesday, according to a police report. He has been charged with three counts of rick of injury to a child and a single count of disorderly conduct. He posted a $10,000 bond in the case, police said.

According to the report, just before 10 p.m. Wednesday, a child appeared at a store on School Street, claiming to have been "kicked out" of a nearby house and saying there was "nowhere to go."

The child's dad is accused of having the child's two pre-teen siblings gang up on the child in retaliation for a previous argument. He told the two to "[expletive] up" the child, according to a police report.
