VERNON, CT — A filling station at the midway point of Route 83 in Vernon has sold a big CT Lottery winner.

According to the CT Lottery, a local player named "Javier B" cashed in a $50,000 winner on Monday in the $2,000,000 MEGA MULTIPLIER game.

He purchased the winning ticket at the Vernon Shell, located at 448 Hartford Turnpike.
