Vernon Man Arrested After Friend Killed in Russian Roulette
A man, 38, was in an online video chat last July when he fatally pulled the trigger on himself in the apartment of a friend — now arrested

Armand Cyr, 38, was playing Russian roulette on July 13 when he put a gun to his head while he was on an online video chat, pulled the trigger and killed himself as a friend watched, according to a report in the Manchester Journal-Inquirer, which cited a recent arrest warrant affidavit.
The Associated Press reported on the Journal-Inquirer’s story.
When he died, Cyr was in the Vernon Avenue apartment of his friend , John Dybowski, 26, who had just put the gun to his own head and pulled the trigger. After Dubrowski left the room, Cyr did the same thing, with unlucky results, according to the report. The friend saw Cyr fire the gun and slump back, initially thinking Cyr was playing a joke on him.
