Vernon Man Charged with Criminal Trespass in South Windsor
The man was arrested on a warrant for the 2014 incident.
South Windsor police arrested a Vernon man for allegedly trespassing on the grounds of his former employer after he was told to stay away.
Brian Miltz, 37, of Bolton Road was arrested on a warrant Monday and charged with first-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a $450 cash bond.
Police said Miltz’ charge stems from a 2014 incident in which he allegedly violated a warning to not return to the grounds.

Miltz is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on March 12.
