Vernon Man Involved In Serious Motorcycle Crash: Report
A Vernon man was one of two people involved in a serious motorcycle crash, state police said.
VERNON/HARTFORD, CT — A Vernon man was involved in a serious crash involving two motorcycles early Tuesday morning in Hartford, according to a state police crash report.
The accident took place at 1:04 a.m. on Route 5/15 northbound near exits 65 and 86 Hartford, state police said.
Both riders lost control of their motorcycles and hit a metal guardrail, according to a crash report.

Vernon resident Charles Rampleyburt Wooding, 24, was riding a 2007 Yamaha and was taken to Hartford Hospital with what a crash report described as "non-life-threatening injuries."
Julio Rodriguez, 31, of Hartford, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a crash report. He was riding a 2012 Suzuki, state police said.
