
Carol Jean (Andersen) Cline, 74, of South Windsor, beloved wife of 55 years to M. Andrew Cline, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 30, 2017 with her family at her side.
Born in Queens, New York, the daughter of the late Edward and Anna Mae (Gilligan) Andersen, she grew up and lived in Queens, Long Island, Pennsylvania, and Vernon before moving to South Windsor in 1990.
Carol was a paraprofessional at Rockville High School before her retirement in 2001. Carol was chosen for "Award in Professionalism" by her peers. She loved the students and the students loved her, and she was respected by all her colleagues. She was a communicant of St. Bernard's Church in Rockville.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Scott Cline and his wife Karen of Tolland, Michael Cline and his wife Alysia of Chatham, NJ, and Steven Cline and his wife Maria of Coventry; seven grandchildren, Curtis, Grace, Isabelle, Matthew, Ava, Ryan, and Joshua; her twin brother, Edward Andersen and his wife Joyce of Goshen, NH; her sister, Patti Page of Chatham, NJ, and numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Her family will receive friends for calling hours on Thursday, May 4, 2017 from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home, 551 Talcottville Road (Route 83), Vernon. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday, May 5th, at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Bernard's Church, 25 St. Bernard Terrace, Rockville. Burial will follow in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Rockville.
