Vernon Obituary: Clifford French, 62

Clifford C. French, 62, of Vernon, survived by his partner Laura Preli, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016.

He was born November 6, 1954 in Hartford, son of Craig and Jean (MacGillvary) French. He was a graduate of Bloomfield High and made his living as a tile setter. In his spare time he enjoyed NASCAR and fishing.

He is survived by his father Craig French of Bloomfield, sons Clinton French and his husband Chris of Norwalk and Spencer French and his wife Katlyn of Westbrook. He also leaves his grandson Abel French, his brothers Gary French, Glenn French, his sister Ellen Henry, many nieces and nephews, and his dog Bandit.

There will be no calling hours per his wishes. A celebration of his life will be held on January 7th, 2017 at the Thaddeus Kosciusko Benefit Society (TKB Club), 1 Vernon Avenue, Rockville, starting at 1pm.
