Vernon Obituary: Concetta Desnoyers, 92

Concetta “Tina” Zirolli Desnoyers of Vernon and Fort Pierce, FL, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 23, 2017, with her family by her side.

She is survived by her husband Richard Desnoyers, son Rick Zirolli (Evelyn) of South Windsor, daughter Linda Powers (Donald) of Unionville, daughter-in-law Barbara Zirolli of California, grandsons Marc (Jen) and Steven Zirolli (fiancee Kelsie), granddaughters Monica Zirolli and Melissa Barberio (Joseph), and three great granddaughters whom she adored. She also leaves her loving sister Dee and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Federico and Nicolina Rinaldi, her brothers Louis and Joseph Rinaldi, and her son Michael Zirolli.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Bernard’s Church, 25 St. Bernard Terrace, Rockville, at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 8, 2018. Interment will follow in the Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery, Middletown. Calling hours will be at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home, 551 Talcottville Road (Route 83), Vernon, from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, January 7, 2018.
