Mary L. (Nagle) Morrissette, 99, of Vernon, formerly of Manchester, beloved wife of the late William W. Morrissette passed away Friday, June 2, 2017 at Vernon Manor with her family at her side.
Mary was born on October 15, 1917 in Boston, Mass. daughter of the late Edward E. and Louise K. (Morrill) Nagle. After graduating high school she trained as a registered nurse at Faulkner Hospital, Boston. She moved to Manchester in 1943 and prior to retiring, was a registered nurse at several local nursing homes.
Mary is survived by her loving family, two daughters, Diane L. Morrissette of Santa Fe, NM and Julie A. Vander Schel of Putnam, three sons, David W. Morrissette of Vernon, Philip N. Morrissette of Manchester and Paul W. Morrissette of Ellington, 13 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

At Mary’s request, services will be private. She will be cremated and interred at St. James Cemetery, Manchester.
