Vernon Obituary: Raul Apachite, 34

Raul F. Apachite, 34, of Vernon, fiancé to Stephanie Annicelli, passed away at home, on February 14, 2018.

Raul was born in Timisoara, Romania on January 25, 1984 to Chirica and Lidia (Iacob) Apachite. They immigrated to America in 1989, living in Hartford and Windsor, before settling in Vernon. Raul was a member of the Holy Transfiguration Church in Manchester.

Raul loved life and exploring all that it had to offer. He enjoyed music and art, especially that of Vincent Van Gogh. He enjoyed going out to eat and shopping, both for clothes and jewelry.

Raul is survived by his parents Chirica and Lidia Apachite, and his finance, Stephanie.

A Service is being held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 11 am at Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home, 551 Talcottville Road, (Route 83) Vernon. Calling hours are being held at the funeral home prior to his service, from 9 to 11 am. Burial in Grove Hill Cemetery will follow immediately after services.
