
Thomas Gregg Hull, 83, was called home suddenly to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday May 28, 2018. He was recently predeceased in February by his beloved wife of 56 years, Marilyn.
He was born in Providence, RI, on January 8, 1935, the son of the late Marjorie Louise (Gregg) and Isaac Church Hull. Raised in Scituate, RI, Tom moved to Hartford to work for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft as a design analyst, where he worked for his entire career of 36 years. Once in Connecticut he met and married the love of his life, Marilyn, in 1961.
Tom faithfully served his Lord for more than fifty years at Union Congregational Church in Rockville where he served on various boards and committees. He also served on the Board of Corporators for Songtime, Inc. of Barnstable, MA, and was committee chairman for the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America, Troop #92.

He was Past Master and Treasurer of Fayette Lodge #69, A.F. & A.M. and served as Associate Grand Marshall for Masonic District 9B. Tom was devoted to his family and loved spending time outdoors. He enjoyed camping, fishing and especially the many canoe trips with his lifelong friends.
He is survived by his three sons, Thomas and his wife Maryanne of Bolton, Matthew and his wife Phuong of Somers and Pastor Daniel and his wife Adriane of Moravia, NY; four grandchildren, to whom he was affectionately known as Pop-pop, Ethan, Ben, Evelyn and Luke; his sister, Marjorie Clark of Bourne, MA, his brother, William B. Hull (Sharlott) of Pomfret; his sister, Rebecca Book (Ray) of West Hanover, NH; his brother in law, Gordon Richardson (Pat) of Hartland Hill, VT and his brother-in-law Charlie Bettinger (Lynn) of Vernon, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Priscilla Richardson and his step-mother, Ruth B. Hull.

At his request, there will be no calling hours. A memorial service is planned for Saturday, June 9th at 11am at Union Congregational Church, 3 Elm Street, Rockville.
