Vernon Pet Pantry Issues Urgent Call for Dry Cat Food Donations

VERNON, CT — The Vernon Pet Pantry is making an urgent appeal to the community after completely running out of dry cat food supplies to help support local pet owners in need.

The pantry is a partnership with the Hockanum Valley Community Council.

Officials said donations of dry cat food of any brand and any bag size are urgently needed as supplies have been depleted.

Residents looking to help can drop off donations at the pantry's primary collection site at HVCC or at several businesses and organizations throughout the area.
