MANCHESTER, CT — A Cash5 CT Lottery game ticket bought at a discount gas station turned into a big payout for a Vernon player.
On Friday, a player named "George W" cashed in his riches after playing the ticket out of Best Gas on Route 83 near the Manchester-Vernon line.
