Michael Richmond, 42, of 265 Zaicek Rd., Ashford, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to obey traffic control signals and operating without a license, in connection with a traffic stop on Franklin St., 12:08 a.m.

Taylor R. Biron, 21, of 4 Thompson Ct., Vernon, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and failure to respond to a payable violation, on two warrants, 8:00 p.m.

Silver R. Reyes-Toledo, 31, of 200 West Rd., Apt. 110, Ellington, was charged with operating under the influence and speeding, in connection with a traffic stop on Talcottville Rd., 2:12 a.m.
Tyrone Rosa, 22, of 137.5 Vernon Ave., Apt. D-2, Vernon, was charged with interfering with an officer, second-degree reckless endangerment, violation of a standing criminal protective order, failure to obey traffic control signals, failure to drive in proper lane, disobeying signal of officer and improper rear/marker lamps, in connection with a traffic stop on West Main St., 3:26 a.m.
Jennifer DeJesus, 39, of 111 Lennox St., New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 4:454 p.m.
