Jennifer L. Burke, 47, of 695 Talcottville Rd., Apt. 12-H, Vernon, was charged with third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Talcottville Rd., 9:45 p.m.

Hector M. Diaz, 36, of 194 Washington st., hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening, on a warrant, 10:30 a.m.
