Troy Blinn, 19, of 50 Hale St. Ext., Vernon, was charged with operating under the influence, improper lane and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, 12:43 a.m.

Miofania Garcia, 22, of 18 Lily St., Manchester, was charged with violation of probation, violation of a protective order and first-degree failure to appear (two counts), on four warrants, 10:30 a.m.

Erykah M. Womack, 18, of 83 Grand Ave., Apt. 3, Vernon, was charged with violating a protective order, 10:30 a.m.

Timothy Bernier, 31, of 14 Dudley St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 8:15 p.m.

Nov. 15

Brendan T. Pacholski, 25, of 19 Pleasant Ave., Berlin, was charged with possession of narcotics and being in a park after dark, on South St., 1:47 a.m.

Dustin DelGreco, 26, of 7 Florida Rd., Somers, was charged with failure to take a sobriety test, traveling unreasonably fast and no plate/insert, on Talcottville Rd., 2:10 a.m.
