VERNON, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Vernon police for the period Aug. 17 to Aug. 26, 2024.

Aug. 17

• Natalia Barrett, 26, of Columbia, was charged with violating a protective order.
• Tyler Charlebois, 26, of Middletown, was charged with failure to register a commercial vehicle, driving while under suspension, failure to carry a license and improper use of a marker.
• Damien Ramon Sosa Garcia, 37, of Vernon, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, evading responsibility, interfering with police and a lane violation.
• Alyssa Janangelo, 41, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
• Joshua Rivera, 27, of Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
• Savannah Williamson, 25, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and violating a protective order.

Aug. 18

• Destiny Brown, 26, of Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.
• Orville Lugg, 28, of Springfield, MA, was charged with speeding (70-plus mph), driving under the influence and a lane violation.

Aug. 19

• Kalie Kopeland, 28, of Jamaica Plain, MA, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Colby Malcarne, 36, of Westbrook, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast and driving while using a hand-held device, along with lane, insurance and stop sign violations.

Aug. 20

• David Buckley, homeless, was charged with probation violation.
• Christopher Cargos, 27, of Vernon, was charged with speeding and failure to comply with passing on right rules.
• Tasha Jordan, 49, of Vernon, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.
• Joel Nadel, 81, of Ellington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

• Michelle DeYoung, 27, of Ellington, was charged with evading responsibility, driving under the influence and a lane violation.

Aug. 22

• Justin Mack, 36, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Aug. 23

• Shaun Anderson, 45, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
• Nicole Calabretta, 34, of Vernon, was charged with disorderly conduct.
• Naba Karan, 45, of Vernon, was charged with interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Aug. 24

• Rayquan Long 19, of Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
• Michael Rivera, 32, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Aug. 25

• Ruth Henry, 30, of Granby, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, probation violation and failure to appear in court.
• Evelyn Rodriguez, 19, of Bristol, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and possession of a controlled substance.

Aug. 26

• Nathaniel Mendez, 21, of Vernon, was charged with disorderly conduct.
