Rockville Library Staff Helps Find Adult Who Left Group Home

VERNON, CT — Vernon police Thursday morning were asking for the public's help in locating a missing adult who wandered from a group home and the staff of the Rockville Public Library wound up playing a role in finding him.

Authorities Thursday morning said that Tuan Nguyen had gone missing. Less than an hour later, police said he was located "with the help of the library staff." Staffers spotted him near the library, town officials said.

The 5-foot-3, 108-pounds Nguyen left his Group Home on Elm Street, on foot, Wednesday, police said. Nguyen has health issue that require medication and did not have it with him, police said.
