Vernon Resident Arrested on Drug Dealing Charges
A Vernon man has been arrested on three warrants for alleged drug dealing.

VERNON, CT — A Vernon resident wanted since last July has been arrested on three warrants for alleged drug dealing.
Vernon Police picked up 26-year-old John-Paul Torres last Friday while investigating a complaint at his Grove Street residence, according to an arrest report. The warrants had been issued for his arrest on July 18, according to police records.
He was charged on all three with the sale of a controlled substance, a felony. He was charged with possessing marijuana on two of them and on one he was charged with conspiracy to sell a controlled substance, records indicate.

He posted three $20,000 bonds at a Monday court appearance and is due back before a judge on April 24, according to judicial system records.
