On behalf of the Board of Education, I want to provide you with an update on our ongoing search for the next Superintendent of the Vernon Public Schools. We are deeply appreciative of the input that we received from our community members, staff, students, and parents.

The candidate profile reflects the priorities and qualities that our community is seeking in our next leader, ensuring that we find the best fit for the future of Vernon.
Thank you for taking the time to participate in a focus group or for taking the time to complete the survey and share your thoughts. Your voices will be a vital contribution in guiding the selection of the next Superintendent.
As we move forward, we are preparing to begin the interview process in late June. We have a large number of highly qualified candidates to consider.
