Vernon Strip Joint Suspended, Fined
A Vernon strip joint had had its license suspended and was fined for violations, state officials said.
VERNON, CT — A strip joint on Route 83 has received a fine and suspension from the Connecticut Liquor Control Commission for two violations.
Lucky's Cabaret at 65 Windsor Ave., the local address for that section of state Route 83, will not be able to sell liquor on Sept. 10 — a Monday — according to a notice of the violation. The establishment was also fined $1,500, according to the notice.
The violations were for "improper touching or exposure," and for a "minor dancer violation," according to the notice.
