VERNON, CT — A Vernon CT Lottery vendor recently had the right touch when it came to a popular scratch game.

On Oct. 10, a "winner" from West Hartford cashed in a winning ticket valued at $30,000 from the 30X Cash 10th Edition.

The ticket was purchased at Vernon Shell, located at 448 Hartford Turnpike.
