Vernon Woman Pleads Guilty to Role in Deliveryman Robbery

The woman and two men robbed a pizza delivery driver last October.

A 22-year-old Vernon woman has pleaded guilty to participating in the robbery of a pizza deliveryman in Oct. 2014, the Journal Inquirer reported.

Amanda Negron was sentenced to six years in prison, followed by three years of special parole, after pleading guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery and tampering with evidence.

She and two men were arrested after the Oct. 28, 2014 robbery on Talcott Ave.

The men, Joshua Negralle and Jonathan Collins, have been held on bonds of $200,000 and $125,000, respectively, since their arrests. Judicial records indicate they are awaiting trial on charges of first-degree robbery, second-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit both crimes, as well as four counts of risk of injury to a child.
