Most area social service agencies, churches, service-oriented businesses and volunteer groups have found this one of the best times to focus their outreach efforts to interact with community members. National Night Out takes place in communities throughout the United States.
Organizers still have openings for participants. Those interested can contact Tom DiDio at: thomas.didio@snet.net. National Night Out does not charge a fee for booth space, but takes any donation in any amount and/or items that could be used for raffle prizes.
