Woman Accused of Attacking Neighbor at Vernon Complex
A woman is accused of attacking her neighbor at a Vernon condo complex.

VERNON, CT – A woman who was arrested in March for an altercation at a Vernon condominium complex was arrested again over the weekend for allegedly attacking her downstairs neighbor, police said.
Rikki Miller, who lives at Woodmere Place at 655 Talcottville Road, was arrested on Saturday and charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree threatening and third-degree assault, an arrest report indicates.
According to an arrest report, at 12:35 a.m. Saturday, the man who lives upstairs from Miller complained she broke into his place and "attacked" him. The man had scratches on his neck, police said.

She is also accused of threatening to kill the man and his dogs.
She was initially held on a $10,000 bond, which was reduced by a judge on Monday, judicial records indicate. She was still in custody on Wednesday while awaiting a June 25 court appearance, records show.

She told police she thought the man had her keys and had locked her out, according to an arrest report.
On March 13, she was found inside the complex inside her car, seemingly intoxicated after a dispute, according to an arrest report. She scuffled with the cops and was found with narcotics and drug equipment, according to an arrest report. She was charged with interfering and possessing drug paraphernalia, according to a report.
