Woman Robbed at Gunpoint at I-84 Commuter Lot in Vernon: Report

VERNON, CT — A woman told state police she was robbed at gunpoint Thursday at the Interstate-84 commuter lot off Exit 67, according to a report.

The incident took place at 10:47 p.m.

State police said the 31-year-old Stafford resident said four people approached her in the commuter lot and one displayed a gun, according to a report.

The bandits then fled the lot in what appeared to be a white 2007 Nissan Altima, according to a report.

State police said anyone with information on the incident can call the Troop C barracks at 860-896-3200.
