3 Arrested, Items Seized After Raids On Vape Shops In Wallingford: Police
Police said the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are possible.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Three people have been arrested, and THC / marijuana products were seized after police executed search warrants at two vape shops in Wallingford, according to officials.
Police initiated an investigation into the businesses after previous incidents and multiple complaints regarding the sale of THC and marijuana products from vape shops in Wallingford, according to police.
Police said members of the Wallingford Police Department Detective Division, Community Impact Unit, and the DEA New Haven District Office (NHDO) executed search warrants on March 9 at the following locations:

- Alien Vape Shop – 970 North Colony Road in Wallingford
- Smokers Land – 362 Main Street in Wallingford
“The investigation and execution of the search warrants resulted in the seizure of THC / marijuana products and three arrests,” police wrote in a news release. “The investigation remains ongoing, and additional arrests may be forthcoming.”
Gubran S. Naji, 26, of North Carolina, was arrested on a charge of sale of controlled substance (non-narcotic). He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 23.

Nicholas Fiorini, 58, of Meriden, was arrested on a charge of sale of controlled substance (non-narcotic). He was held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 23.
Muadh A. Saad, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested on a charge of conspiracy to commit: sale of controlled substance (non-narcotic). He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 23.
