3 Coronavirus Cases Reported At Choate In Wallingford

Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford has reported its first confirmed cases of the coronavirus.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford has reported its first confirmed cases of the coronavirus.

Choate has had three positive COVID-19 tests as of Oct. 28, according to the private school’s website. Overall, Choate has conducted 4,858 tests for a positivity rate of 0.06 percent. The data doesn’t include pre-arrival required testing, only on-campus testing.

The current COVID-19 alert level on campus is “orange: moderate risk.”

The Meriden Record-Journal reports the positive tests include two adults and one student. They are isolating at home.
