WALLINGFORD, CT — A Wallingford resident recently won $50,000 on a winning scratch ticket that was sold in Wallingford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Arthur Keir won $50,000 on a Super Cashword 23 ticket that was sold at West Side Wine & Spirit at 8 Hope Hill Rd. in Wallingford, according to Lottery officials.
