Wallingford Police Blotter: March 20 Through March 27, 2026

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Muzafer E. Redzep, 52, of Wallingford, was arrested March 20 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 22, according to state judicial records.

Joseph P. Bracone, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested March 21 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to comply with fingerprint requirements, interfering with officer / resisting, and assault on a public safety / EMT/ Transit / Health officer. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of May 8.

Sonia D. Sternbach, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested March 24 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of May 28.

Dale T. Mangino, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested March 25 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 21.

Sean Lawlor, 26, of Prospect, was arrested March 25 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and first-degree threatening – armed / display firearm. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 6.

Matthew P. Mayano, 25, of Cheshire, was arrested March 25 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and traffic control signals. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of May 8.

Kristopher M. Horniak, 46, of Cheshire, was arrested March 26 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and following too closely – with accident. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of May 14.

Anthony N. Barbieri, 36, of East Haven, was arrested March 26 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 12.

Jacyln R. Lucibello, 42, of Cheshire, was arrested March 26 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 16.

Zoltan A. Verrillo, 40, of Cheshire, was arrested March 26 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 16.

Gerson R. Muralles-Garcia, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested March 27 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and risk of injury to child. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 28.

Jocelyn A. Garcia-Irigoyen, 27, of Wallingford, was arrested March 27 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and risk of injury to child. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 28.

Barbara A. Dietz, 57, of Wallingford, was arrested March 27 on a charge of second-degree harassment. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 13.

Patrick D. Whitfield, 31, of Hamden, was arrested March 27 on three counts of third-degree criminal mischief, two counts of evading responsibility – injury/ property damage, and one count each of larceny of motor vehicle – first offense, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespass, and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was released after posting a $35,000 bond with a court date of May 13.
