Wallingford Police Blotter: March 28 Through April 7, 2026

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Timothy O. Scott, 56, of Meriden, was arrested March 28 on charges of second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of May 5, according to state judicial records.

Chantal D. Barron, 38, of Meriden, was arrested March 28 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury to child. She was additionally charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 1.

Stacey M. Grier, 52, of Hamden, was arrested March 29 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $12,000 bond with a court date of May 4.

Nicole Bowley-Ribera, 50, of Cheshire, was arrested March 30 on six counts of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $20,000 bond. She has pleaded not guilty to the charges with a pre-trial date of June 2, according to judicial records.

Julio Lama, 40, of Newington, was arrested April 1 on two counts of first-degree forgery and one count of criminal attempt at first-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 12.

Alesha L. Albee, 26, of Wallingford, was arrested April 1 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 11.

Ricky Graham, 46, of Stratford, was arrested April 2 on a charge of criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 19.

Cinnamon R. Cawthra, 39, of Westerly, Rhode Island, was arrested April 2 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 5.

Jorge B. Carrera, 52, of New Haven, was arrested April 4 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and evading responsibility – injury / property damage. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of May 8.

Jose Ruiz, 31, of Wallingford, was arrested April 6 on charges of first-degree robbery, fifth-degree larceny, first-degree reckless endangerment, and first-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of May 6.

Pamela Fudala, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested April 7 on a charge of violation of probation. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 24.

Koran D. Largent-Sheppard, 31, of New Haven, was arrested April 7 on charges of possession of controlled substance – first offense and sale of narcotic substance. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 26.
